In our certified cleanroom (class 7), we produce medical consumables that must be manufactured under sterile or low‑particle conditions. This area is specifically designed to minimize the risk of contamination by dust particles, micro-organisms or other impurities.

What happens in our cleanroom?
In the cleanroom, we carry out various production and packaging processes for both sterile and non-sterile medical products. This includes:

The assembly of medical components
The packaging of products in sterile barrier packaging
The preparation of products for sterilization
The filling and sealing of packaging under controlled conditions

Thanks to our own cleanroom capacity, we can respond flexibly to customer requirements and deliver customized solutions with full control over quality and production planning. Everything we produce is supplied under the private label or our own brand “Dispo Medical”.
